About Mystic OMAH
My Journey From Pain to Purpose:
Over ten years ago, I found myself overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. Though life looked “good” on the outside, inside I felt lost and hollow.
But that breakdown became the breakthrough. I began learning tools that helped me slowly come back to life: meditation, mindfulness, intuitive guidance, and energy work. Keeping an open mind and heart to healing helped me reconnect to my intuition again. As my connection to higher self and then to my Spirit team grew, I began to heal and feel empowered. Now I use the tools I gained along my own sometimes difficult healing journey to help others find their way back to their most aligned, healed, and empowered self. Now, I am a Reiki Master, Medium, and healer.
The skills I've gained have helped me move from surviving to thriving — from pain to peace — and ultimately, they led me to create Mystic OMAH, a sacred space for healing, remembering, and becoming.
