Everybody is equal.
I believe in utmost confidentiality. Your personal details will never be discussed with a third party.

In my time on this earth, I have heard just about every story and situation; I can probably handle yours too, but I do have my limits. If you confide in me that you are abusing others, especially children, I will end our session instantly. I have no patience for abuse.
I do not read for individuals under 18 years of age.
I do not read for drunk, high, rude, hostile, or sexually aggressive people.

Cancellation/No Show/Tardiness

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking. A 24-hour notice is required if you cannot make your appointment. You will be given the option to convert your appointment to a distance reiki session or virtual intuitive card reading or to reschedule a future in- person appointment.

No-Show Policy

No refunds given if you fail to arrive for your appointment, and you will not be able to reschedule.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be treated as a no-show appointment and follow the no-show policy.

Sickness

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of Mystic OMAH's practitioners, please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, your appointment may be cancelled. We believe that our clients should be safe and relax at home if road conditions are unsafe for travel. You will be notified by Mystic OMAH if your appointment is cancelled due to weather. You will be given the option to keep the appointment as a distance reiki or virtual card reading or reschedule at a later time.

Parental Responsibility

Any client under the age of 18 must have a parent present in the treatment room during their session/treatment.
